Aid Undergraduate
Students Teacher/student ratios
in major courses are very favorable and motivated undergraduates are
encouraged to perform leading-edge research with our faculty. There is some
grant support available for these activities. Members of under-represented
groups are invited to participate in research under the auspices of the
federally funded MARC
and MBRS
programs. Graduate
Students It has been our policy
to provide full financial aid to all full-time graduate students making
satisfactory progress toward their Ph.D. degrees. Typically such students
receive Fellowships and Teaching Assistantships during their first two years
and a combination of Teaching and Research Assistantships when they conduct
thesis research with a faculty mentor. << Back to
